Congratulations

on your engagement

A whirlwind of emotions indeed! You just said "YES!" to forever. Now the next step...promising "I Do!" I understand it is an overwhelming thing to plan...the best day ever and all, but that's what I am here for. I am here to help you coordinate, schedule, and organize your day, as well as capture it while it happens. I know the role of photographer during a wedding day is a crucial one, and I do not take my responsibility lightly. If 2020 taught us anything, it is that memories deserve to be captured and cherished to their fullest.

I am honored you are considering adding me to your team of vendors for your day, and am so excited to go over what that could look like. Let's begin with the basics!

Date

First thing's first...when is the big day!? While the exact date will depend on the venue of your choice and their availability, the time of year you want to be married is up to you! Will you chose a romantic winter wonderland wedding? Perhaps a blooming spring wedding?? OOO maybe an intimate fall ceremony!? Whenever and wherever...I am there. When booking, it is important that we know exact date of your day before I am officially added to your vendor team.

Coverage

How much of your day do you want photographed?? While phone cameras will be snapping all day, it is important that my camera is there for all the moments you want to remember forever. Bridal prep coverage gives you a glimpse of the pre-wedding excitement, the bonding between bridal party members, and even some of those pre-ceremony jitters everyone feels! I also suggest to all of my brides to do a golden hour getaway later in the evening to give the newlyweds a moment to escape just them (and me of course) and enjoy an intimate moment to each other, absorbing the day.

Venue

Where are we going!?? The venue is one of the first, if not the very initial thing booked for your day. A rustic getaway, an industrial escape, maybe a romantic vineyard...the venue is where I really start to see the foundation your vision come to life. Depending on where your venue is, you booking can depend heavily on where you are taking me. The venue will need to be confirmed before I can officially be added to your vendor team.

I am happy to help you plan the schedule of your day by offering my suggestions. I know deciding on which coverage is best for you can be difficult when you have never planned a wedding before! The pressure to get it perfect on the first try is understandable, so an open line of communication between you and I is so important. I have my own personal preferences on ceremony timing for sunlight, my opinion on doing a first look, and my suggestions on how to make family photos with all of your family members be smooth and efficient.

I am not just a vendor, I am on your team. I will do everything I can to make sure your day goes smooth. After all, a lot of the moments are designed to be photo ops for me!
